february thirdI was not born; gravity was tied around my ankles like another brick for this wall of laws we are building to keep out indifference and I was thrown into the ocean of meaningless emotions to drown. every night I run away and my car falls upwards towards the surface like a bubble; a small bubble of loud music. every night I speak a word of truth about the tangible fiction that is our world and it rises as a bubble to the sky to burst into the indifferent air where my emotions weight me back down and into the water again. every night I recreate my birth. every night I choose to recreate the one choicefebruary third
the color never smears...we tried to wipe away the color from all the paintings to find hidden truth but they still hang on the walls like sunsets with dead batteries for people with dead batteries to look at and we only managed to wipe away all the symbolism; colorful nonrepresentational truths like all the buoys in the ocean sinking as if somehow the water was growing lighter as if the water was turning into air as if there was no difference between the ocean and the sky and we could drown anywhere.the color never smears...
